OCTOBER HALF-TERM COURSES
2026 DATES
We will not be offering October Half-Term courses in 2026.
It has been great to see India's renewed interest in French
- she wholeheartedly appreciated Caroline's teaching style
and it is just a pity we didn't find you sooner!
TYPICAL FORMAT OF A ONE-WEEK COURSE:
The above schedule is only a general outline. Projects, visits and restaurants will change according to the time of year and local circumstances.
Dinners at Le Grand Osier are followed by various games, songs or puzzles. We encourage our students to bring portable musical instruments; we have a piano, an electronic keyboard, a pedal organ and several guitars, and students who play any of these instruments are welcome to bring their sheet music and practise, or even entertain us.
At the end of the course, a course journal is written and sent to each student, his/her parents, and his/her teachers at school, together with an account on the progress he/she made during the week.
